Wildfire

Julie was louging in the back garden of her house. The sun was shinning which nice since it rains most of the time here in Ireland. She was enjoying a nice can of cider in the sun.

"Aaaaah it's good having nothing to do except laze around getting drunk."

Life was going good for Julie right now, she has a boyfriend, a can of cider, a whole day to herself and best of all no bad guys to fight. Even though she was having the time of her life she wondered what Kyle was up to? Julie pushed this thought aside for now and went for a quick nap after all she has nothing better to do.

Eve walked to the front door of her daughters house and knocked on the door. She waited, and when there was no answer, she knocked again. Again, no answer. Eve walked around the side and looked over the fence into the back garden, to see Julie spread out on a chair with a can of cyder in one hand, pretty much half asleep.

Eve frowned. She didn't like to think her child was slacking. So she wispered a phrase in latin and summoned an elegant short bow and sword. She fastened the quiver to her back, and the sword to her hip, then took an arrow, knocked it and moved to the back of the garden. She hopped up onto the fence, where she'd be in full view if Julie was paying attention and She pulled back the string and loosed an arrow at Julie, aiming to shoot the can out of her hand. She was a good shot, she wasn't likely to miss or hit Julie unless she moved. If Julie didn't notice eve imagined she'd get the fright of her life. Serve her right, too, when there're hollow roaming around all over the world.

Julie was enjoying her little snooze in the sun when she heard footsteps behind her followed by whispering of latin. She knew who was behind her and she wasn't very happy about this person showing up on her lazy day.

The person behind her drew back her bow and fired an arrow towards her piercing the can of cider she was drinking. Julie pulled the arrow out of the can watching all the cider pouring out of the hole the arrow made in the can. "What a waste of good cider.". Sitting the down on the ground beside her she blew up the can with a small firey explosion.

Julie got up from her chair and with her back turned to the person who fired the bow she said
"Why must you interrupt my day off by wasting good drink? Seriously not cool do I go around burning stuff that belongs to you? No, I don't also I don't ruin your days off. Well if you would take days off I wouldn't ruin them on you."

She turned to face the person who shot her cider can and continued talking
|"I mean what kind come's in on her daughters day off and tries ruin plan of getting shit faced? I just wanted a nice day of no hollowing killing and getting drunk is that so, much to ask?"

Julie burned the arrow that hit her can and watched as the ashes fell to the ground.
"Go léir dhó go luaith. What do you want then, mother?"

Eve raised an eyebrow. "Young lady when i was growing up I would have been beaten for talking to my mother like that. And I told you not to be so casual with your powers, fire is dangerous. And another thing, its unfit for a young lady to be 'gettin g shitfaced' at 2 in the after noon. " Eve huffed and crossed her arms after releasing her bow and sending back.

Eve Shook her head. "I didn't want anything, i just came to visit. But you didn't answer the door. Thats just rude, Julie. I didn't raise you to be rude. Or to drink in the middle of the day.. But anyway, how is everything? Its been to long, you could send a letter every now and then you know. Or come visit me."

Julie looked at her mother and turned away. "Well it's a nice day outside and wanted to relax and nothing is going nobodys around."
Julie sat back down. She looked up at the sky.

"Hmmm I wonder if it's all worth it sometimes, mother. All these people on this planet killing, fighting amongst themselves yet we keep saving them from hollows, Arrancar and other beings beyond their understanding. Do they really deserve my protection or better yet the protection of any of us. We should worry about ourselves not them. So, mother as you can see I'm not really up for a casual visit right now. What do you really want you never visit without reason?"
