Personality: Saito isn't the kind of man to mince words. He prefers to stay quiet, and observe a situation, before getting his opinion out. He constantly watches people, noting their behavior, which he uses at later times to his advantage. In terms of comparison, Saito is a lot more reserved, and quiet than his father. However, he looks up to his father. So much so, that he based his samurai inspired armor off of his fathers. He cares about his entire family, but frequently gets into fights with his sister, though they are about as serious as any normal sibling fight. Saito is also deadly serious in a fight, talking even less, if that is possible. He also rarely falls for any kind of trick in battle, like egging someone on, or being random in the middle of a battle.

Height: 6 feet.

Physical Traits: 
Clothing: Saito wears what appears to be traditional samurai armor, though it is heavily customized to his liking. It consists of a grey vest, which is buckled into his black sleeves. He wears a pair of black gloves, the ends of which have two white lines. He has a piece of black fabric, with a white zig-zag design on around his waist, tied together by a white obi, in which his blades hang. He wears black hakama, black socks, and wooden sandals.

Fighting Style
General Fighting Style: Saito is a fast, close-quarter, melee specialist. He likes to strike, hard and fast, and then keep doing so, until his opponent is finished. He has no qualms aiming for vital areas, and killing his opponent, unlike his father. Out of the family, Saito has the best sensing, easily able to sense things miles away. As such, he is usually the first on the scene to things happening.

Saito, in Shikai, can warp away a total of 2 Cero-powered moves. It has a cool-down of 3 posts. In Bankai, Saito can warp away a Gran rey Cero powered attack, with a 4 post cool-down.

Sealed Appearance: Saito's Zanpakuto looks like a normal katana, in a white sheath.
Spirit’s Name: Hikari Kasai KÅfuku (Light Fire Being)
Spirit’s Appearance:
Spirit’s Personality: Hikari Kasai Kofuku is usually mysterious, never giving anything over to Saito, unless the spirit feels he has earned it. The only reason that Saito and his spirit work together is becuase of Saito's patience, and constant need to better himself. Hikari Kasai Kofuku only wishes for his master to be strong, but knows that handing over anything without work is contrary to that goal. Â
Inner World: Saisei's Inner World is a huge, sun-baked desert. There is a piece of stone, where Saisei usually converses with Hikari Kasai Kofuku.

Shikai
Call Out Command: Strike, Hikari Kasai KÅfuku
Appearance: Saito gains white flame wings, and his blade lights up.
Abilities: White Flame Wave: Saito fires a wave of white flame. The wave itself move as fast as a Cero, and hits with the strength of one. But, it also causes burning damage, and can stay on the person, like normal flames do. Flames last for 2 posts. 2 post cool-down.
Saito is 35% more resistant to any kind of flame while having his Shikai awakened, and is naturally immune to his own flames.
The entire time his Shikai is active, Saito's blows have his white flame behind them. Meaning, if they are cut with Hikari, they suffer burning damage, along with the normal cutting damage.
White Flame Orbs: Saito summons up to three orbs, made of his white flames. They move a bit slower than a Cero, but explode with the force of one. They also spray his flames when they explode, meaning that his opponent could catch fire, if they are too close (Up to three feet). They explode with the same force as a Cero. Flames last for 2 posts, 4 post cool-down.
White Flame Javelins: Saito can mold his flames, and make 3 javelins out of them. The javelins cause extra piercing damage to any armor, whether it be Hierro, or made from Shikai, Bankai, etc.. 2 post cool-down.
White Flame Dragon Wave: Saito fires a wave of white fire in the shape of a dragon at his opponents. It is as powerful as a Gran Rey Cero, and does the usual flame damage, with the same duration on the flames. 3 post cool-down.
Light Aegis: Saito summons a shield, made of Light, to defend him from attacks as powerful as a Hado 66. Anything higher, will break it. Saito can also turn it into a bomb, by shrinking it, then expanding it at a rapid rate once. the resulting explosion is Gran Rey in strength. It can hold up to 2 posts (4 in Bankai). The Defensive form of this has a cooldown of 1 post, while the offensive form has a 3 post cool-down.
Saito convenes light into his blade, and fires it as a wave. He needs to point his blade at his opponent to fire it. It is as strong as a Cero, and just as fast.
Light Meteors: Saito creates little balls made of light, at least up to 5. They stay around him, until he needs to fire them. They are Cero powered, and as fast. 3 post cool-down.
White Dragon Wave: Â Saito summons a white dragon, made entirely of Rietsu. It attacks, becoming a wave of power. It is as powerful as 2 Ceros. 2 post cool-down.

Bankai
New Name: Shiro-en No Senshi (Warrior of White Flame)
Appearance: 
Abilities: He retains all of his Shikai Abilities
Cloak of White Flame: Saito uses this, and gains a white haori, made of his white flames. It gives him a X2 boost to all of his attributes(X2 Speed, Durability). Saito can also grant this to allies. It lasts for 4 posts, with a 5 post cool-down.
Flame Manipulation: Saito can, as the name suggests, manipulate his flames. He can manipulate any of his flames, still burning, up to 30 feet around. Anything larger than a car requires a 2 post cool-down. Saito can also power up the attacks, ranging from the speed, and power of a bala, to Gran Rey Cero Strength, and speed, with appropriate cool-downs.
Saito's blade is actually an extension of his flames. As such, he can make disappear, and reappear at will.
White flame Shotgun: Saito fires of his white flames, in a spread in front of him. Range is 5 feet in front of him. It hits with the power of 2 Cero's. 2 post cool-down.
White Finger Bullets: Saito charges energy into his fingertips, and can hold onto them for an infinite amount of time. When he needs to, Saito can fire them off, at the strength, and speed of a Bala. He can fire ten, one for each finger.
White Flame Dragon Wave Evolved: Saito fires a more powerful version of his Dragon Wave. It is as powerful as a Cero Oscuras, with a 4 post cool-down.

Background: Saito was born one year after his sister, to Parius and Saya Ryukotei. He was made while Parius was still with the family. However, soon after, Parius left, keeping his family in secret. Saito grew up with his mother, and Kagura. They often sparred, perfecting those skills which would help them when they grew up. Saito also grew up on stories of his father. Saito loved these stories, and so he tried to be like his father, in many respects. However, he became more reserved, and quiet than Parius. When Parius came back for the family, Saito merely watched the exchange. He had figured out the reasons his Father had left them, and he felt that, given the same choice, he would've done the same thing. Coming back to the Ryukotei household, Saito met his Uncle, Abel, and someone his own age, Saisei. Instead of immediately going out into the world, like Kagura, Saito decided to stay home, and train. He made his own armor, based off his fathers, and trained himself to do something no one else really could. Saito worked on sensing, and soon became the best sensor of the family. When he felt that it was time, Saito decided it was time to leave the house. He would find his own way, or die trying.
