Item name: Reiatsu enforced shin gaurds
Description: Shaped, steel plates that are able to hold a reiatsu charge, giving it the ability to withstand powerful blows until the charge runs out, at which point they become as weak as regular steel, covering his knees, shins, and the tops of his feet.
Effect: Able to hold an undetermined amount of reiatsu to strengthen the metal and make them much harder to break. Each blow drains the stored reiatsu however, the stronger the blow, the more reiatsu drained, and once drained they are simple steel.
