Showdowns on Mt. Olympus (Mini-arc pt. 3)

Yuri had Lucius in a wheel chair, waiting for his company to arrive. He had a rune on the man, so his powers were sealed...and the best part was that the nano bombs were unknown to him and had a stealth chip in them. He had went behind the Coalition's back. One way, or another, he always gets what he wants. The only variable was the Robochick. Luckily, Angel was already warned and had the dual system ready to activate if anything happens.

Once the silverette, who was in his real appearance, saw their plane coming, he started to roll the man away, inside the fortress. He immediately saw Gregor and his firestarter. "Just as promised, unharmed and within two days. I hope that ship behind you is ready to take him. Cuz this party is gonna get wild."

He would allow the man to wheel himself over to his superior. When he was over two miles away from them, the bombs would explode, destroying his insides.

Looking over his shoulder with a grin at the duo's glares, he spoke. "Fight with me against one or the other or not...your choice." Looking back at his opponent, he pointed at Gregor. "Let's finish what we started back at Amesbury." He started a slow walk towards the man. Cautious about the Coalition members behind him...

As Tadatomo and Serena's jet arrived overhead, they jumped immediately and landed beside Yuri. They were on the peak of Mount Olympus, with the Mountain's fortress sitting right atop it. There was only a small arena to fight in, with sheer drops on all sides. Yuri had already handed over Lucius, who had boarded the airship. Yuri grinned at them and told them to either fight with him or stay away. Tadatomo flashed a winning smile. "Well, considering the fact that you virtually did nothing to him in your last fight, you could probably use us." He started to walk just behind Yuri, staying ready to draw a weapon.

They slowly approached the Mountain, who was truly a giant of a man, and his loyal second, the girl with the fire powers. Tadatomo whispered so nobody else could hear. "Serena. Do you think you could take the subordinate alone?"

Cinder watched to motley crew of would-be conquerors approaching. The silver-haired man seemed incredibly confident, despite the difficulties he had against the Mountain previously. She readied her weapon, waiting for someone to make the first move. She would not allow any of them to leave alive.

Serena and Tadatomo arrived right on time to see the trade. Lucius wheeled himself over, and the mountain nodded towards him. Then another man helped him onto the dropship and they left the scene, only to explode in the distance. Yuri grinned at them, and tadatomo threw back a witty comeback. Serena snickered, but then she noticed something about their opponant. He'd gone very still. Like a calm bofore the storm.

"While that was deathly amusing, I think we have a problem. He doesn't look very happy." She said. The man said something but only the woman beside him heard. She moved away, over to the left of the battlefield. Serena watched her. And then replied to Tadatomo. "It suits me fine to fight her, Burns would be far more severe for you. Be careful." She said, and also moved to the left, locking eyes with the fiery woman.

The Mountain was not happy to see the silver haired bastard from the library again. And he was even less happy when the drop ship carrying Scare and Lucious exploded. He went very still, and looked slightly towards Cinder. "Move away from me. Do not interfere in this fight, and If this goes south get out of here. I won't lose my only Legacy today. The Bjornsen Line must continue." He looked back to Yuri and the others, noticed the woman moving to one side. She would probably fight Cinder.

Without warning the mountain let out a distorted war cry and charged forward a few feet before slamming his greatsword into the ground with so much force a the ground cracked and split as a shockwave of force shot towards the two men ahead of him. He let rage consume him.

"I wasn't prepared to deal with armor last time. I have one spell that can work well against it. Today I have my gun and my knife. And I would have thought you two would be even more displeased with me for going behind your backs...oh well. And I knew that was gonna happen...perhaps he shouldn't have started this in the first place then..."

The mage jumped up, landing on a holy disc, while giving the man a barrage of basic shine spells, most not necessarily aiming at him, but at the ground to stir up dust. He landed on the ground and went to the right, keeping a good eye on Cinder to make sure she didn't decide to put a bullet in his back...or try to. Bringing out his pistol, he fired two shots. One aiming for the man's elbow, and the other his knee. The shots were armor piercing...the only type of rounds he used.

From below the giant came an ice blade from a blue magic circle, more to keep him distracted from the bullets than anything...

Tadatomo allowed himself a wry smile at Yuri's response to his little quip. "You expected somebody who was executing such a well-coordinated attack plan, bomb and all, to fight... without armor? And we are a little displeased. But we have more important things to take care of." Then battle was joined. The Mountain smashed the ground, sending a shock-wave towards the two men. Tadatomo saw Yuri jump on to one of his magic discs before leaping out of way himself. He stayed in the air, deciding to hit his new level of power straight away, Hyper Mode. He used his improved Sword-Sling, launching his sword towards the Mountain's feet to explode with the force of a Cero Oscuros.

Tadatomo then followed Yuri's lead, drawing his Artemis and Apollo, and moving around the air peppering the Mountain with a couple of shots from each gun. But where Yuri appeared to be targeting limbs, Tadatomo was targeting only the head. Might as well just put his intentions out there. Tadatomo used his Improved Blur, smudging his form so he was less likely to be shot in return.

Cinder eyed the woman carefully. They were moving slowly away from the battle between the two boys and the man. Cinder could not read the woman's intentions, nor could she sense a power level. But she knew that the lady must die. She would not let the Mountain down. "I hope you've made your peace, girl." Cinder drew her Terra Rifle with lightning quickness and fired at the girl three times, aiming for the torso twice and once at the head.

He seen the spells but ignored them as they hit his armor. He did not notice the bullets but his body reacted instinctively and he turned slightly, the bullets missing their marks. When the other man came in guns blazing he used his sword to guard his head though some peppered his shoulders, until the man threw his sword. The mountain Jumped, Launching himself into the air as the ground cracked and exploded where the man's sword struck. He lurched through the air and landed, cracking the ground again before adjusting his footing and leaping forward again towards the mage, swinging his massive sword at the man as he passed by.

He landed skidding, the ground crumpling beneath him and dashed towards the other man, bringing his sword down in an overhead chop that would shatter the ground if it missed, sending chunks of rocks and a shockwave in all directions. He pulled up his massive blade and swept it to the side and attempted to grab at the coalition member, and if he caught him he would throw him at Yuri, before firing his energy cannon at them. If that failed he fired the cannon at yuri anyway. It held the explosive power of a cero oscuros.


Serena smiled innocently as the woman spoke. "I don't believe in your god. Human's were not built, your far to complex and squishy inside." The woman drew a Rifle and fired and Serena quick drew and fired Storm, taking down all 3 bullets easily. She smirked cockily.

"Thats a nice gun. Inferior design though." she drew reaper, and dashed towards the woman firing two armored piercing shots towards her gut. She got in close and flipped over her, tossing storm to free up her left hand for a slash with her nano blade, aiming for the woman's back, followed by a kick to knock her away. She caught storm as she cartwheeled away and stopped to see what the woman did next, a smirk still on her face.

"How many advent humans have you encountered that use armor? My bet is not very many!" Yuri yelled back at the quip. Seriously, they were all so cocky that most didn't even bother with armor. Mountain had avoided his two bullets and blocked Tada's barrage and dodged his attacks. Even landed near enough to him to attempt a swing. Yuri leaned back and skidded on his knees while firing two more shots at point blank range into the man's gut in the direction that the was skidding towards for hopefully better accuracy to at least nick him.

Popping back up, Yuri watched the raging madman slam his sword down, sending a shockwave and chunks of rock in all directions. The man backed off and weaved through the debris. He would do two things if Tada got himself thrown at him. First, he would catch the guy by the arm to put him in a spin back on the ground and on his feet. The second, he would activate a spell. A portal appeared in front of him. This was kinda an unorthodox way to use Holy Portal. The attack went into it, and the exit to the portal was right above Mountain, sending the attack right back.

Even if Tada wasn't thrown, he would still use the Holy Portal to send the attack right back. Before he did anything more, he would have to wait for Tada to make his moves...

"More than you think. And in case you've forgotten, advent humans aren't the only dangers around." Tadatomo followed as the Mountain attempted to smash Yuri. As he approached the Mountain suddenly tried to grab him. Tadatomo spun out of the way and fired 2 bullets from each pistol rapidly at the outstretched hand. The Mountain ignored them (even if they hit) and fired a large attack Yuri's way. The attack entered a portal of Yuri's making and the corresponding exit aperture appeared above the Mountain. Tadatomo dive rolled out of the way to the Mountain's rear to avoid the blast.

Tadatomo holstered his guns to reload, wanting to have a full mag at his disposal at all possible times. He called for his sword from inside the rubble it had left from its explosion. The sword appeared in his hand. He charged at the Mountain, readying his Super Lightslasher. He launched all 5 at the colossal person's back, then sped around trying to dodge any retaliatory strike.


Cinder disregarded the girl's words, but was slightly surprised when the girl proceeded to shoot down all of her bullets. "Impressive." The girl moved towards her, firing 2 shots. Cinder easily shot down the bullets in return. Then the girl was on her. She swiftly approached Cinder and flipped over her. Cinder could see the smirk on her face and allowed herself a small smile. The girl seemed to be underestimating her, which could play right into Cinder's hands. Cinder launched herself into a forward dive roll, rolling into a standing position and firing 4 shots, 2 at the head and 1 to each kneecap.

Cinder then aimed 3 Focused Fire Shots at the girl's head, then jumped back some before strapping her Terra Rifle to her back and forming a Blue Fire sword in each hand. Cinder prepared to defend.

"The red head's right, I'm not even an Advent human!" The mountain shouted at Yuri. As he skidded he brought his sword around to defend against the gun before it could be fired, deflecting both bullets. One hit his armor just below the ribs and punched through into non vital flesh but the other hit his armor at and angle and failed to penetrate fully, instead leaving a scrap across it. He went after Tadatomo then, continuing his attacks. His grab missed and he instinctively back stepped, his own attack hitting infront of him. He spun, sword swinging in an arc to face Tadatomo, leaping to the side as he did, and was clipped by an energy attack.

The man kept moving around after that, but the mountain watched his path and suddenly intercepted with a back hand, trying to knock him flying before turning towards yuri and slamming a foot into the ground hard enough to crack it and and sent a shock wave splintering towards him. He used that as a distraction and took his grenade launcher from his back, firing off two silver frags around the man. They were for wolves but they were still cero powered explosives that would hurt anyone caught in the blast.

Serena seen the shots and did an elegant side flip to dodge them and as she landed shot of three bullets of her own, all aimed for the torso. She seen the woman draw swords. That was interesting. Cinder was admittedly faster than her right now. Serena's smiled widened. "It seems you have me at a disadvantage in speed right now. I'll remedy that." She said. Suddenly her form shimmered and her power output increased a good deal, as she took on her normal form, but armored.

Her first act was to throw something that vanished as it hit the ground, only to pop back into existance behind the woman and explode with the force of a cero, and while that had her off guard Serena threw another grenade that exploded in a blast of fire and smoke, making it difficult to see. She fired a hail of bullets through the cloud from Storm, emptying the clip. And then she waited, prepared for the woman's counter attack.

Two chinks in the armor. Two weak points. Eight more should do it for a reasonable amount of success to strip it from him. Yuri used two shine spells to destroy the grenades fired at him as he took to the air and landed on a holy disc. "If you aren't an advent human, then you would be dead by now by your own bomb. Just because you can't use reiatsu as a weapon doesn't mean you're not an advent. No shit there are other dangers out there...I've tangoed with a vasto lorde and lived before. Seriously, how much do you think I get out? Jesus I'm not stupid..." That did kinda grate on his nerves a bit. Really, he was a mercnary mage, he'd fought demons/hellspawn and hollow and mages and normal humans and practically everything! It was insulting to his intelligence.

From in front of Tada, a red magic circle appeared, firing a red piller of flame at the power of a cero. He hoped the man could use that to some extent, either to assist in evading or attacking with an ability of his own. He seemed to be mostly good at melee...he kinda wished he would stick with range. Then again, one wrong move by Yuri, and he'll be out of the fight. Just to keep the man moving, he used shine spells, speed and strength of a bala, mostly aiming at the guy's feet and legs.

After seeing a bit of how he moved, Yuri aimed his gun at the gigantic man. Instead of fireing a bullet, however, a second eruption spell activated right beneath him. Only for a Judgement spell to appear right in his line of retreat, firing with the power of a Gran Rey cero. If the Holy Spell missed, he would activate a defensive spell. A mirrior shooting up from a magic circle and deflecting the attack right back at the man.

Tadatomo took a perverse pleasure in annoying Yuri. The mage was quite easy to get under the skin of. He smiled slyly as he ducked and weaved. He was doing pretty well, until his jaunt was halted by the back of the Mountain's hand. The blow connected with Tadatomo's chest and sent him skidding along the floor on his back. He leaned back and kipped up off the ground and back onto his feet. He was slightly winded, and he was sure he had at least one broken rib, but he was still in this fight. A red jet of flame plumed up from the ground in front of Tadatomo shielding him from the Mountain's view. He knew he had to use this opportunity to either attack or defend. He decided to attack.

Tadatomo charged forward until he just before he reached to flames, and then launched another 5 Lightslashers at the Mountain's position using his sensing ability to locate him. Then, while the flames were still up, he would begin to charge his Burning Nova by performing a complex set of hand-gestures, ready to fire once the flames dissipated.


Cinder was not surprised when the girl dodged her Focused Fire Shots. She used her blades to slash the bullets the girl had retaliated with. The girl spoke, and then metamorphosed into a distinctly robotic form, complete with armor. Cinder wasn't sure what that thing was, but she was going to try and kill it. The being threw a device of some sort that then vanished. There was an explosion behind her which sent her flying forwards. She tucked her head and turned it into a forward dive roll. Then another device went off, shrouding the area in smoke.

Cinder thought quickly. She activated her Fire Aura and then let off a Fire Pulse. The pulse was solid flame, but the force of it would at least knock the grenade flying and also disperse the smoke along with it. She saw the bullets coming through a bit too late. She dodged most of them barely, but one hit her in the shoulder. She quickly cauterized the wound with a small jet of flame. It appears Cinder was now the underdog in this fight. She surged towards Serena with fury in her eye and Blue-Flame swords in her hands, approaching her with blinding speed. She led with an 'X' slash at Serena's torso before aiming a pair of slashes at her arms and another pair at her legs.

The mountain hit the other man and almost stepped into a blast of fire trying to reach him to finish him off. More of the man's slashes of light shot out of the fire and he bashed at them with his sword, one hitting home. He mostly ignored the weak spells from yuri, he'd been hit with enough to know they did little to no damage to his armor, but when the man raised his gun the mountain reacted instinctively by throwing himself to the side into a roll that shook the ground, and out of the path of a blast of fire.

That roll also took him out of the way of a second spell, and the mountain almost looked away, but noticed a shimmer in Yuri's direction before he could react though the holy spell came flying back. The Mountain cut upwards with his massive sword, sending both halves of the ball of energy away at an angle. One side missed him harmlessly, the other hit him in the chest but there was no reaction from him, as if it hadn't even damaged him.

The mountain swung his massive sword and launched it at Yuri, then spun towards Tadatomo taking grenade launcher in hand he loaded in a big bang grenade and fired it at Tadatomo who was charging something. If Yuri tried catching his flying weapon he might find the weight a bit much, and if he dodged it it would land sticking out of the ground. Either way the mountain would grab the massive sword and begin to dog the spell caster with swings of his mighty blade, jumping and running after him. He might not land a hit right away but if he kept at it, the man would make a mistake. If he did see one such opportunity he would try take advantage of it using a fast but weakened jab towards the chest from his free hand.


Serena ran at Cinder, challenging her to a game of chicken. She gave in first, of course, and jumped over the woman as the lady slashed at her. Serena dropped a warp grenade at her feet and it popped into existence where she had been when Cinder slashed at her. Then she rolled forward, spinning and fired two shots at the woman with Reaper. She watched the woman for a moment and waited for her to attack again, dodging what ever it was she got in close and grabbed both her arms, then kissed her on the lips before throwing her across the battlefield.

He didn't do anything in response to the weak holy attacks. Shame. And he cleaved through his Judgement spell after it had bounced off of his Mirrior. Yuri let himself drop down, letting the sword fly harmlessly overhead as he fired his ice spell, cutting the grenade in half to allow Tada to finish charging whatever it was he was charging. The man retrieved his sword and started to dog him. Each time he pointed his gun at the man, he would either try to slice him and force him to shift his aim to completely miss or got out of the way and attacked. Luckily, Yuri was very mobile. Even used his Holy Disc to shift directions instantly.

However, after one such dodge, his foot slipped. He saw the punch incoming, and took his vibro knife out. It could cut through that armor too. The spellcastor aimed to cut the hand off. Succeed or fail, he would dart to the side, splattering a trio of shots and a slash to the side, mostly aiming for the grenade launcher to destroy it or make it unusable. Going into a spin, he made a motion akin to opening a shower curtain, and created a barrier that would mostly block a gran rey, halving its strength.

Just in time for Tada to finish up charging whatever it was he was charging...

Tadatomo watched as a grenade approached him. Unflinching, he finished charging his Burning Nova as Yuri sliced the projectile away from him. When he was ready, he took aim at the Mountain and yelled "Yuri! Take cover!". He then fired off his most devastating single attack. It travelled at the speed of a cero, not leaving a whole lot of time to move. If the Mountain was in the blast zone, he would take in and around 2 Cero Oscuros worth of damage and his vision would be blurred for two posts. Tadatomo breathed heavily, clutching his injured ribs. He knew that it surely wasn't over. He had slowed him perhaps, but it wasn't over.

Tadatomo drew both of his pistols and took off in a circle around the impact site. He sprayed into the dust cloud that lay where the Mountain was when the attack went off, or just at the Mountain if he had moved. He used up both clips and proceeded to holster them to recharge. This fight was already consuming a great deal of energy. They just weren't inflicting enough damage. They needed something else.


Cinder grunted with constipation as her attacks failed to hit their mark. She was about to turn to fight Serena, when a device popped up out of nowhere in front of her. Without thinking, she kicked it as hard as she could. She then turned as fast as she could, blocking both bullets with her blades. But then, Cinder was taken completely by surprise, as Serena then pinned her arms and laid upon her an intense kiss, before throwing Cinder across the ground. Cinder stood up, unsure as to what had just occurred. She was brought back to her senses by a large and blinding explosion taking place on the other battlefield.

Cinder remembered why she was there and who the enemy was, but it might have been too late.

The mountain pulled his fist out of the way. A vibro knife was pesky, but even if that hit it would take allot of strength to cut through his entire arm. The man shot at his grenade launcher. The mountain threw it at him at full force as he fired, a bullet hit a grenade inside and the thing with off with the force of 4 ceros, exploding chunks of metal all around both of them.

Yuri then put of a barrier. The mountain realised what was going on but it was to late. He would get out of the way of the other man's attack in time. As it shot at him he crouched slightly, before disapearing into a blast of energy. The vizor protected his eyes from the flash, and as the attack exploded outwards the mountain jumped straight up, gaining a boost to his speed from the blast he rocketed upwards fast enough that he might not have been seen flying out of there. there was a nice crater and cloud of smoke below and the man started emptying his clip into that cloud.

The mountain started to slow, and as he did he twisted in the air, angling towards the man. With shear strength he kicked the air and shot himself towards the ground aiming towards Tadatomo. He landed next to him, slamming his sword into the ground, two immovable forces meeting at high impact. The resulting shock-wave which easily extended to 50ft in all directions, and blast of rock chunks left a crater to rival the size of the one made moments before.


Serena watched the confused look on Cinders face, and smiled. "I've always wanted to try that. I wonder if its any different with a man...." She said. She looked at the explosing, and the one that followed seconds later next to Tadatomo. She felt a small amount of worry for him, but didn't get as distracted as Cinder was. "Look you can't win against me. Surrender, I don't want to hurt you more."

Yuri twisted away from the metal, though he was finally scratched here and there. He had a low pain tolerance, thus he cringed a bit. Tada's attack sent Yuri flying away, despite his barrier. Then he noticed two things. "Stop wasting ammo! He's above you!" He aimed his gun and emptied his first clip towards where the man would land and did, only three shots left in it. He quickly reloaded and actually stopped to think. They got rid of one annoyance...but there was still that armor. "F*ck it...he's not gonna last long enough for me to strip that armor...no choice then...this mountain is gonna turn into a hill or less..."

Putting his weapons away, he put his hands together and grinned maniacally. This was only the third time he's ever used it. Even if the man lived, he'd track him down again. Hopefully with Annabell at his side instead. His power output increased dramatically. The clouds above practically seperated to reveal a city sized, white magic circle. He watched Mountain and gave him a warning...though he probably wouldn't get it. "Time to Ragna-rock'n roll!"

Now it was just time to survive...depending on how much the man focused on him would depend on how fast he could charge his spell.

Tadatomo stopped firing at the cloud, sensing that the Mountain was no longer in there, just before Yuri's cry. He looked up just in time to see the Mountain descending at break-leg speed. Tadatomo decided to try a new tack. As the Mountain descended, Tadatomo Blurred straight up past him, lighting up the Mountains torso with slashes from his sword as he passed, and stopped in the air. The Mountain slammed the ground, causing a large explosion to rival that of the Burning Nova.

Tadatomo watched Yuri spray some gunfire at the Mountain's new position. Tadatomo then saw him begin to charge-up some sort of doomsday maneuver, judging by the amount of energy he was putting out. He looked up and saw an extremely large object made of energy descending at roughly the speed of a cero. Tadatomo had a feeling he probably didn't want to be around for touchdown. But he also knew that it might actually do some damage, provided it wasn't as lame as the warning Yuri submitted to the Mountain.

Tadatomo had to buy some time, just as Yuri did for him. Ignoring the pain in his torso, he took off at the Mountain again. He threw his sword at the Mountain again, but this time it only exploded with the force of a Gran Rey. That was a warning shot. Then he proceeded to zoom around the Mountain, trying to distract him. His pistols's specials had recharged and they were fully reloaded. He aimed and fired both specials. Artemis spat out a single cero-strong, armor-piercing round, while Apollo fired 30 bala-strong shots in a wide spray formation. Whatever the outcome of those attacks, Tadatomo would continue to speed around the Mountain, sending half a clip of each gun at the enemy. He would start by aiming at the head but if the Mountain covered up or otherwise prevented the targeting of his head, Tadatomo would divert fire to his elbow and knee joints.


Cinder gazed in confusion at the robot lady's musings. But the offer of mercy snapped her out of it and filled her with rage. She spat. "Never, you full-metal bitch!" With that, she let out a distorted war-cry, much like the Mountain's earlier, and charged, brandishing her two blue-flame swords in front of her.

Cinder attacked with unhinged fury, swinging wildly at Serena's head and gut, no real strategy to her actions.

The mountain was shot and slashed but he ignored it, as the shockwave went out and dust surrounded him. He was bleeding badly, some of the man's slashes had actually made it through his armor. He smiled, and ripped off his helmet. Yuri shouted something at him but he simply aimed his hand in the direction and fired his beam of energy. Then he looked at Tadatomo. "Your powerful, boy. What is your name?" The mountain asked. Yuri was doing something, clearly. But he'd lost the mountain's interest now.

The man threw his sword at the mountain, who in response uppercut it causeing it to explode and launch into the air spinning. The mountain lunged towards Tadatomo as soon as he tried to get close and move around him, and is forced to block with his blade against a hail of bullets. he sees the cero sized attack coming and steps forwards, backhanding it right back at Tadatomo with enough force to double its speed. The mountain follows it up with a lunge and downward slash aimed to cut the man in half.



Serena shrugged. "Suit yourself." She said, and prepared for the onslaught about to reach her. keeping calm she carefully dodged or blocked each swing easily, and when she spotted an opening, aimed a kick for Cinder's gut. Jumping away she fired multiple shots at Cinder's lets, intent on disabling the raging woman. Serena threw a grenade right at cinder's face once she faced Serena and it would vanish and appear at her feet, exploding.

Yuri couldn't believe Tada. Maybe he'd underestimated him. He sidestepped the beam of energy. It'll take more than a head on attack to hit him. But still...he'd sacrifice a shorter charge time for survival. More as a thanks for the help than anything. Raising his gun, he fired as the man went in for the kill. Five shots to the head and neck, and five more to the heart. He'd have to either cancel his attack to deal with them first or risk an earlier death.

That would be about the extent of his help though. He still reloaded his last clip. Then paid attention to the catfight. Serena seemed to be holding her own. Then he concentrated on Ragnarok while keeping an eye on Mountain.

Tadatomo watched the Mountain carefully. He fired a beam of energy at Yuri, but the cyan-eyed man was able to dodge it. The Mountain seemed to be focused on Tadatomo for some reason, possibly the fact that Tadatomo had finally dealt some kind of damage to the man. He asked the red-haired man for his name. "My name is Tadatomo Fukushima. I'm a mercenary currently contracted to the Coalition. Sent here to either capture or kill you." The Mountain deflected his sword, sending it hurtling away. Then, he punched Artemis's cero shot back at him at double the speed. Tadatomo dropped onto his back and rolled backwards with it onto his feet. The Mountain was already after him again, charging and slashing downwards. Tadatomo spun around him, and as he spun he called "Kurato!" summoning his sword into is hand and swinging at the neck of the Mountain, trying to end the fight once and for all.


Cinder screamed as she peppered the machine with blows from her swords, though none were actually getting through. She was then brought to an abrupt halt by a sharp kick to the gut, which winded her and caused her to fall to her knees. She stood back up and barely dodged the volley of bullets that were aimed at her knees. Cinder raged again and charged haphazardly at Serena, holding her gut. Then, Serena had thrown a grenade at Cinder's face, only for it to vanish just before reaching her. The grenade popped up underneath her and exploded, sending her flying towards a rocky outcropping, where she hit her head with a sickening crack. She did not move, but she was still breathing.

The mountain dropped out of his attack as he was shot at, dropping to the ground and rolling aside. He lunged to his feet slashing at Tadatomo again and moving behind him to detere yuri's shots. He seemed to be smiling, until he heard an explosion and seen Cinder go flying into a rock. The mountain turned his eyes on the machine who moved towards Cinder, and let out and earth shaking bellow.

He charged right at her and slashed, and the machine barely dodged. She fired, hitting him twice with armor piercing rounds. He brough his blade up in an upper cut and pelted her with rocks, then stepped in and back handed her away from Cinder. He turned and stood between them and his wife, clearly enraged beyond anything they had seen before.


Serena didn't like being turned into a skipping stone. It was distinctly painful, bounching off rocks and stuff. She eventually stopped and flipped to her feet. How was Tadatomo standing up to him, when he could easily cut one of them in half with that sword. But they seemed to be winning, he was bleeding allot now. Wouldn't be much longer, she just hoped they could hold out till he bleed to death or collapsed, because he didn't seem to be losing strength despite those wounds.

It didn't deter his shots. Yuri was an expert marksman. He just hoped Tada didn't flinch too much as he shot around him, practically filling the gaps in his movements with a bullet or two. Plus the size difference was still there. Beyond adjusting his aim, he really didn't do anything, but concentrate. Mountain was getting mad. Good. So long as he doesn't notice above them. Serena was knocked back.

Yuri appeared next to her. "In a little bit more time, this mountain is turning into a valley...so be ready and help Tada stall. Keep an eye on the sky...easiest way to not get killed is to go near one that's already landed and stay there. Even if they escape, I'll find them and kill them...or the Pack's system will."

He stayed concentrating on his Limit Break Spell.

Tadatomo leaped over the slash that the Mountain had replied with. The behemoth had placed himself so that Tadatomo was between himself and Yuri, hoping to dissuade Yuri from firing. Yuri fired anyway, as Tadatomo knew he would, the bullets coming close but always missing him. He muttered in quiet respect for Yuri. "Impressive." Then an explosion caught Tadatomo's attention. He glanced for a split-second to see Serena beginning to engage the Mountain, having apparently neutralized his sidekick. The Mountain now appeared to be fully unhinged, roaring at them in rage. Serena connected with some gunfire, before being violently backhanded away. Tadatomo appeared at her side, just as Yuri arrived there too. "Are you alright? Is she dead?"

Yuri had asked for a bit more time for his attack. Tadatomo glanced up for a split-second to see the vast magic circle looking ominous. He muttered to himself, "That's gonna hurt." Yuri needed cover to complete it, so Tadatomo holstered his guns to recharge them and sped at the Mountain, Blurring to his left and slashing at the enraged behemoths arms and legs. He then backflipped upwards and used his Super Buster Barrage, spraying 30 2-bala-strength projectiles in and around the Mountain's general position, adjusting his aim if the Mountain moved and relying on Serena being out of the spray zone.

Serena nodded. "Yeah I think so.. And i'm fine, though I'd hate to end up in the way of that thing's sword." As she said that she was forced to dodge as a powerful downward slice sent a ripple of force cracking towards her and Tadatomo. The mountain charged towards them and aimed a swing at her, she flipped backwards over it, peppering his sword arm with bullets. The blade slipped a little as she landed a bullet in his hand, though he didn't seem to notice. He spun the opposite direction swinging a powerful blow towards Tadatomo.

Steel met steel and there was a powerful crack like boom, and then Tadatomo was gone, thrown across the small battle field into a mountain of rock. The mountain's sword slipped, the blood from his hand freeing it from his grip. It also went sailing away, landing with a boom that through of a cloud of smoke and caused a collapse in the rocks. silence followed, followed by serena screaming "Tadatomo!!" at the top of her lungs.

The scream turned into a screech that caused the mountain to turn in her direction, oviously effected by the high pitched noise. He lunged at her, slamming a fist that barely missed and hit the ground, causing her to stumble. He followed up with a kick to the ribs to soon for her to dodge, and then she to was sent flying, leaving only Yuri and the mountain.

Yuri moved away from them and let them do their work while he concentrated fully on the spell. Soon, both of his allies were knocked out or otherwise incapable of further combat. For now at least. He wouldn't be able to garuntee their safety. Hell, he wasn't able to garuntee his own with the spell.

Mountain and him. He stared the man down, his power starting to show. "If this doesn't end it...I will find you...and I will end this...or you will finish me off. But going to finish off my pack will end with your death." His spiritual pressure spiked, and his energy flung to the sky.

The first sword that started to fall was the largest of them. It was shaped exactly as his Heaven's Gate blade, but was the size of three skyscrapers. Other blades and spears followed, the largest of them being only a single skyscraper size while the smallest was that of a windmill. In reality, it was easy to dodge these if you didn't panic. A single graze with any of them would mean an infusion of holy energy equal to that of two Cero Oscuras. They would cleave and destroy the mountain that they were on, turning it into a valley.

It was random. And it drained Yuri. Mountain now had a choice to make. Try to finish him off while the swords and spears were falling, worry about Cinder and make sure she survives, or just worry about himself. Yuri grinned in satisfaction when he noticed one such blade was heading towards her.

As the chaos erupted around him, he dodged and jumped on the boulders and land, landing on the hilt of a sword and held on for dear life.
