it apears as a small hammer and by manipulating ones energy it becomes a giant hammer.
Effect: besides being able to be used as a weapon it detects the users strength and tripples it, it is strong enough to deflect ceros and kidou up to 54. however it is very heavy being able to be used for two post with a one post cool down.

so sorry, I changed it to just doubling, is that better?

it wasn't the tripling.. it was that you had it say that it tripled every hit. you took that out when you put the doubling.. so this is very fine.. if you want you can put it back to triple for all i care. just..not every hit.

I added in cool downs, how does it look now?
