Personality: Mizore has a complicated personality... She can be the coldest person in the world at one point, then become cool. What I mean is that she can treat others coldly at one minute, then be friendly with them the next.

Even though she hates the Soul King (once she remembers (and accepts that she is a goddess)... which wouldn't be for a long time) for turning her into a mortal, she thanks him for that because she didn't like the cycle of no death at all... Living to see others die as time goes by, while she doesn't age a day. Plus, she is now able to be next to humans now. Also Mizore, technically, is part human now since she was technically 'reborn'. So it gives her that much more of a link with the humans.

Above all things, Mizore hates the heat. She loves AC units, Winter, fridges, even cold storage rooms like the one Rocky trained in hitting the cow carcass. She absolutely adores them and usually finds peace and harmony while being in them or many hours on end. However, she definitely hates heaters, summer, and the sun most of all. In fact, she never wears any black, because that gets her too hot. Plus, it feels as if someone would be boiling her brain whenever she is out in the heat. So its usually common for her to avoid being outside.

Even though Mizore is a very social person, she is a shy person who usually doesn't engage conversation first. In fact, she avoids conversations that she could start, but would enjoy being in conversations that have already started[i]. Most of the times she can be found in areas that are desolated and/or void of social people, so she can be left alone with her thoughts and the memories of her god life, that she sort of believes.

Mizore is not a believer of her being a goddess. She believes that she has super powers, but she doesn't believe that she is a goddess per say. She is not a believer in the higher powers, even though she believes in the Soul King, shinigami, hollows, etc. etc. Yes, she is a very contradictive person. However, she does not believe in the extra gods in goddesses , and more so doesn't believe she doesn't believe she is one.

Mizore Shirayuki might not at all seem the brightest or the wisest for her young age appearance, she actually is a very intelligent person. In fact, she has an IQ of 140... Meaning that she is technically a genius. Alongside her high intelligence of many things, she also knows how to use machinery and stuff due to her mother being a mechanic. Mizore just loved watching her mom working on cars and clocks and gizmos and gadgets, and she even had her mom teach her how to use and create and fix and modify many different things, and thus giving Mizore an adept knowledge of machinery.

Even though Mizore is an inclusively social person (will be social, but won't be the one engaging the socialness most of the time), she can pretty much read people like a book. After spending a couple of minutes with them, she would be able to tell their personality, their tells, their intelligence level, even their sexual preferences! Most of her assumptions about people that she has observed are almost always correct, and I mean 95% of the time correct. She can just basically look, act, and/or listen to any person, and find out many MANY things about them in just a short span of time.

Fighting Style

General Fighting Style: Mizore fights very defensively... She is basically a tank, but without the firepower.... More like a very very fast tank, great defense and great speed. She can move at extremely high speeds and take a lot of damage and still be able to fight as if she was okay (even if she just got stabbed through the arm or something like that. However, she can't fight for long because she wears out very easilly. Oh, and she can't control her spiritual pressure, meaning that her spiritual pressure is always at full strength and causing the areas around her to be colder.
Strengths: The Cold, because the colder it is, the more powerful she is. Also, she is a defense specialist, and can easilly take a lot of attacks without feeling very hurt. Plus, she can go very very fast, very easilly. And her spiritual pressure that is uncontrollable and practically oozes out of her when she is a very strong form (3rd or Full God form, either one.).
Weaknesses: Fire, Definitely Fire because (unless Mizore is in Full God form,) almost all of her attacks would be useless... She is not a very physical person, even though her strength is moderately okay, she is not very dependent on it. Also, she is not a long fight, fighter, because hse fatigues after 5 posts... Oh, and another weakness is that she can't sense powers at all...

Abilities:
Ice Shard: Mizore can create a crystal about the size of a chaos emerald (from sonic... I am plugging a kid's show XD), then launch it at her enemies at super high speeds. Once it makes contact with something, it will explode with cero strong into smaller ice shards (frag grenade, like that). 1 post cooldown.

Cooldown: Mizore, throughout all stages, can make the area around her feel colder than it should be. It's a passive ability that strengthens after each form. In stage one, it makes everything feel 10 degrees celsius cooler. Stage 2: -20 degrees celsius than what is should be. Stage 3: -30 degrees celsius than what it should be. Full God Power: -50 degrees celsius... However, Mizore can't make the area around her below -40 degrees celsius below zero. [In other words, if it was 50 degrees celsius AND Mizore was in her FG form, it would be 0 degrees celsius... If it was 0 degrees celsius and Mizore is in her FG form, it would be 40 degrees {celsius} below zero]

Ice Sword: Mizore can create a sword out of ice... Yeah, pretty basic and self-explanatory.

Ice Shield: Mizore can make one of her arms grow an Ice shield that can catch attacks, which can cause Mizore to take less to no damage. The Ice Shield can break if attacked with any fire attacks or any kido attacks aboe 20... 2 post cooldown

Ice Shard 2.0: Mizore can shoot and create 5 ice shards at the same time, with the same effects, and each shard will be 1/5th the strength of a cero and a will fly at cero speed. 2 post cooldown.

Ice Sword: Mizore can create two of these... again, basic and self-explanatory

Breath of Death: Mizore can blow snow out of her mouth with a breath of her... breath... When she does this, basically something like a snowstorm will blow out of her mouth and push anything 20 feet in front of her about 100 feet away at 120 MPH. No lethality, it's just pushing foes away with very cold gust of air. 3 post cooldown.

Ice Claws: Mizore can create 3 foot long ice claws on her hands... Basic, yes...

Ice Shield 2.0: Mizore can now make a wall of Ice that can block attacks... Still can break from fire or Hado 40 attacks... 2 post cooldown

Ice Guardians: Mizore can summon an ice guardian that is at tier 2-5. The Ice Guardian can hover and is about the same size as Mizore. The Ice Guardians are basically powerhouses, making up for Mizore's lack of strength. They have the potential to lift 2 semis. Also, their arms are very sharp and icy. Also, the Ice guardians are extremely weak to fire, and are easilly killed. When they get killed, they exlpode in an icy fashion. Can make 3 per thread (she can't summon any more in this stage, but in other stages she can make more than one at a single time... This ability is cumulative throughout a thread.).

Ice Guardian Appearance:

God Power Stage Three:

Abilities:

Cooldown: Again, look at 1st stage

Ice Shard 3.0: Mizore can shoot 10 ice shards now, same effect, same speed, 1/10th cero strength, same cooldown.

Breath of Death 2.0: Mizore's snow breath now turns to ice, making it lethal with flying crystal shards. Same effects and cooldown.

Ice Graveyard: Mizore can cause Ice to rise from the ground and up 10 feet in the air in a 20 foot radius around her... Lasts 1 post... 4 post cooldown

Frozen Battlefield: When she is in this form, Snow starts to fall in a 1 mile radius... It doesn't do anything but cause an inch of snow to fall every (my) post, up to a maximum of 2 feet tall snow. It's a passive ability that she has no control over, it just happen (she can't stop it).

Ice Shield 3.0: The Ice wall can now take up to Hado 60 attacks and can slightly break from fire... 2 post cooldown...

Ice Guardians 2.0: She can now create 2 Ice Guardians (maximum) at the same time...

Boosts: Defense times 3 again, Speed times 3 again, Spiritual Pressure times 3, Endurance times 3

(When I say Perfect, I don't mean invincible or anything like that... It's like 'Perfect' Cell from DBZ... It's his strongest form ... So when I say Perfect ______, I mean its the strongest version of it)

Perfect Ice Shard: Mizore is able to launch 20 of the ice shards, same effect, now each one if they all hit their target the explosion would have the collective force of a gran rey cero, and a 1 post cooldown. (in other words, the ice shards are 1/20th the strength of a Gran Rey Cero)

Perfect Breath of Death: Same Ability, Same effect as 3rd form, however if she blows on a part of somebody's body (has to be at least 5 feet away from the body part), then the body part will sort of freeze over (It's not paralyzing freeze, it's just a freeze over... Basically a solid sheet of frozen ice all over the part of the body that was blown on, constricting movement in that body part...) If the iced body part hasn't had the ice broken off in the next post, then it will cause frostbite and serious freezeburns... 3 post cooldown.

Perfect Ice Graveyard: Same ability, Same effect, now are 20 feet tall and in a 35 foot radius... Lasts 2 posts... 4 post cooldown

Perfect Frozen Battlefield: When she is in this form, It'll still snow, but now instead of snow piling up, the snow (when it hits the ground,) will turn into ice... Causing some very slick fighting ground... It's a passive ability that she has no control over

Perfect Ice Shield: It can now stand up to Hado 80.

Subzero: Any Ice or Snow attack that Mizore now makes will be colder since the snow/ice attacks will be under 0 degrees celsius.

Frozen Touch: If any of Mizore's attacks hits her enemy, the part of the body that she hits will be frozen for a post, maybe more depending on the severity of the attack.

Perfect Ice Guardians: She can now summon 3 (maximum) of these at the same time... And they are now fire-resistant due to being sub-zero degree temperature (in other words, needs more firepower to break them), but are still easilly killable (they shatter very easilly)

Back Drop:

Background: When she was first banished from Athens (where the greek gods lived), she was put on the Earth in a way that other gods were most likely not put in as well... She replaced the soul of a little baby girl.

She had to grow up as a human now... She had a okay life, with the only trouble was that she was picked on by other humans because every room seemed colder whenever she walked into a room. In fact, she had to attend Summer School once and on the hottest day of the summer school year, everybody kept asking to turn the AC off when it was broken...

Ever since then, people started calling the 'human' named Mizore Shirayuki the snow witch. She always got mad and into fights, but now she just puts up with it because she grew up while everyone else is still making fun of her.

Then she reaches her 15th birthday, and she decides to run away from home. She ran away because she felt as if she wasn't really home... That she had been living a lie or something.

Then on her 17th birthday, she starts seeing visions of herself, but being a snow goddess or something... These visions are what she fantasizes over, but knows that they cannot be true (even though they are). However, she found out her abilities one day when someone tried to rob her, and she blasted him against the wall with an ice shard.

Now its present day and Mizore learns how to use just about all of her powers (that she knows of since she might not have access to FG form as of yet...)

Ice shards:
Stage 1 is ok, stage 2 3 and 4, not so ok. If stage 1 is = a cero, stage 2 is 5 cero? All at once? That means 3 and 4 is is 10 and 20 collectively. and this attack has no cooldown? you should lower stage 2 down to 3, stage 3 to 5, and stage 4 to 7. 7 cero at once is still quite allot, and considering the speed this attack would be to strong with anymore.

cooldown: -50 degrees celcius in total, that could turn dangerously cold if your fighting in an already cold area, like, on a warm day in ireland that would drop the temp to -25 celcius, and that frickin cold. I'm not sure what the rules on temprature modifying abilities is so i'm going to say lower the max to -40 and i'll let the next person decide if its allowed.

Perfect ice shield: It can still be damaged by fire, it would just take more. Like if someone did a fire attack equal to hado 88 it would break it, yes?

Perfect ice battlefield: Duration and cooldown on this. this includes all its previous forms.

perfect ice graveyard: Duration?? or is it 1 post only? if not this includes all its previous forms.

Perfect Ice Guardians: Fire ressistant but not immune.

Perfect Breath of Death: mmm, not sure. this is dangerously close to paralising a limb. Plus that, it could cause serious freeze burns and frost bite. It would certantly stiffen someones joints so their slower, that much i'd allow, but i want a second oppinion on the ability otherwise.

I see nothing else right now. But if i spot anything i'll let you know. Also, you forgot your final stage boosts.

Water can put out fire, fire can and will melt through ice. First fricken rule in the Ability Rules. For ice to block fire, more power needs to be put into the ice, and I mean a fairly good chunk more energy for it to resist fire decently. So certianly agreed on nothing ice based immune to fire as that goes against the rules. Resistant to fire, it better cost you a pretty good chunk to make it so, but they'll still melt at a decent pace depending on what the fire user does. But even then, I'm still iffy on fire resistant ice of any sort...might have to talk with Rena about it, but chances are it'll just take more energy to block the fire or make your ice summonings last longer.

Ice Shard - You mis-understand me, I meant that no matter how many shards there were, each Ice shard's attacks will add up to the cero/gran rey strength... It's just something that will increase the odds of having my foes getting hit with the attacks... Now I'll add that in... Oh, and there IS a cooldown... You just didn't read it...

Perfect Frozen Battlefield - It's a passive ability. She can't help it make it snow and stuff...


Those two things were things that I needed to point out... The other things, I have fixed...
